The Director, Global BioPharma Sales is responsible for managing existing and cultivating new relationships at selected global biopharma accounts. You will be the primary point of contact for global initiatives at these selected accounts and will collaborate closely with the regional commercial teams to drive market share gains at individual sites. You will be expected to grow sales funnel, revenue, and mindshare at your accounts. This is a highly visible role within the Abcam commercial organization which requires outstanding leadership and communication skills in addition to commercial acumen. This position reports to the Senior Director, Global Biopharma Sales and is part of the Commercial Organization located in Waltham, MA. The position is fully remote and will have a global commercial remit. There is a strong preference for the candidate to reside in Boston, MA. Candidates located in New York, New Jersey, and California will also be considered.
