Ryan is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director, Global Benefits, reporting to the Vice President, Total Rewards, to lead the design, integration, and administration of our global benefits and wellness programs. This role plays a critical part in supporting Ryan’s continued global expansion, including growth through acquisitions and entry into new countries. This leader will balance global benefits strategy, M&A integration, and technical program oversight with operational excellence across multiple regions in a fast-paced, high-growth and highly matrixed environment. The ideal candidate brings strong global experience, executive presence, sound judgement, and resilience required to operate effectively in a dynamic and evolving organization.
