About The Position

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and expand high-touch partnerships within the ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) concierge and family office ecosystem. You will design and implement bespoke aviation solutions that integrate seamlessly into sophisticated service platforms, delivering exceptional client experiences. This position combines strategic relationship development, operational oversight, and cross-functional collaboration in a global, fast-paced environment. Success requires discretion, deep industry insight, and the ability to translate complex client needs into innovative aviation solutions. You will engage directly with senior stakeholders, mentor internal teams, and shape the delivery of premium aviation programs, making a visible impact on client satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with UHNW individuals, family offices, and concierge organizations.
  • Deep understanding of family office structures, governance, and supporting service ecosystems.
  • Experience delivering high-touch, concierge-level solutions with discretion and responsiveness.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills focused on long-term partnership success.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage complex client relationships across multiple regions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience working with UHNW individuals, family offices, multi-family offices, or luxury service organizations.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50–75% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global strategy to build and scale partnerships with UHNW family offices, multi-family offices, and private concierge firms.
  • Leverage industry networks to originate, structure, and expand long-term strategic relationships.
  • Collaborate with principals, executives, and senior concierge leaders to translate lifestyle, security, and business requirements into tailored aviation solutions.
  • Partner with internal technology and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of aviation booking platforms with partner ecosystems.
  • Lead client onboarding, program launches, and maintain oversight of service recovery and operational support.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, private forums, and UHNW relationship-driven engagements.
  • Track program performance, maintain CRM pipelines, and conduct regular business reviews with stakeholders.
