About The Position
The Director of Gaming Compliance ('Director') oversees the Gaming Compliance Department and is responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive regulatory system that safeguards tribal assets, ensures compliance with all applicable laws, upholds public safety, and protects game integrity. Drives San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission's (SMTGC) regulatory strategy, leading the Compliance team to deploy the plan into an effective, compliant, and innovative internal control system.
