About The Position

The Director of Software Engineering at Fidelity Investments will lead the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions in an agile environment, focusing on enterprise compliance technology. This role involves setting technical direction, collaborating with business operations, and ensuring the implementation of secure and scalable systems using AWS and Azure. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline.
• Approximately 14 years of experience in a technology role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience designing and implementing secure, scalable enterprise compliance systems using AWS and Azure.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and Azure technologies.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, and C# with 10+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and container-based systems like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience in Agile engineering environments and leading SCRUM rituals.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with LowCode Platforms like PowerApps.
• Experience with modern distributed software architecture patterns.
