About The Position

The Director of Fulfillment Strategy & Operations will lead a significant organization responsible for end-to-end order fulfillment processes. This role involves overseeing three distinct teams focused on product data, fulfillment technologies, and order configuration. The Director will refine and scale processes to align with enterprise-wide business transformation efforts, ensuring operational efficiency and a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
  • 12+ years of related consulting, management, or technical experience.
  • 5+ years managing cross-functional teams, including technical and business resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic transformation initiatives across large-scale organizations.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, fulfillment technologies, and order management systems.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic priorities for the Fulfillment organization to refine and scale processes in line with evolving business needs.
  • Foster a collaborative, goal-oriented, and people-first culture across the division.
  • Partner with various stakeholders to align fulfillment processes with the company's broader strategic goals.
  • Drive operational efficiency and implement process enhancements for accurate order processing.
  • Evolve organizational structure and team alignment to optimize division performance.
  • Lead the team through enterprise-wide transformation efforts, focusing on adaptability and innovation.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to meet deadlines and schedules.
  • Engage with executive leadership and external customers to ensure fulfillment organization meets business objectives.
  • Monitor adherence to established practices, standards, procedures, and schedules.
