The Director of Frontend Engineering at Tailored Brands is responsible for leading and mentoring frontend engineering teams, overseeing technical architecture, and ensuring the quality and performance of frontend applications.   • Oversee the development of high-quality frontend components and features using ReactJS, NextJS, and NodeJS.
  • Establish and maintain coding standards, code review processes, and testing practices.
  • Continuously improve the performance and efficiency of frontend applications.
  • Foster a collaborative environment for nurturing product and technical ideas.
  • Manage the delivery of high-impact e-commerce applications.
  • Participate in the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
  • 12+ years of experience building digital customer experiences for e-commerce and SaaS applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related experience.
  • Deep understanding of ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS, and other frontend technologies.
  • Experience scaling and managing teams of 20+ individuals.
  • Experience initiating and driving strategic initiatives and leading engineering teams.
  • Proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration in B2C settings.
  • Experience designing and delivering large-scale distributed systems and software products.
  • Previous experience in innovative, high-growth environments.
  • Experience leading initiatives in high visibility domains.
  • Experience influencing open-source community or industry groups.
  • Experience leveraging AI technology to streamline engineering activities.
