About The Position

The Director of FP&A will lead financial planning and analysis efforts, providing strategic insight to drive business growth and operational efficiency. Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of strategic finance/FP&A experience, preferably in high-growth startups; experience in consulting, banking, or investing is a plus.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and expertise in building data-driven insights.
  • Exceptional analytical ability with a strategic mindset.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience hiring, mentoring, and managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to influence stakeholders across all levels.
  • Resourceful, curious, and capable of problem-solving in dynamic environments.
  • Experience supporting investor reporting, due diligence, and board-level discussions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Develop, monitor, and operationalize KPIs to provide actionable insights into business performance.
  • Design and deliver executive-level reporting packages for leadership and Board review.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to assess performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Optimize financial systems and processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Drive capital allocation, cash management, and expense governance.
  • Support corporate development initiatives, including M&A and competitive intelligence.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
