About the role: 8am is seeking a strategic, people-centered Director, FP&A to lead our financial planning discipline and shape how we allocate capital, assess performance, and plan for long-term growth. In this role, you will lead a team to drive forecasting, budgeting, performance insights, and financial strategy across a diverse, rapidly scaling portfolio of products. You will partner closely with leaders across Finance, Accounting, Operations, Product, GTM, and Executive Leadership to deliver financial clarity, operational alignment, and forward-looking analysis that informs high-impact decision-making.
