About The Position

Adobe is seeking a dynamic and strategic finance leader to drive the Creative Cloud for Business FP&A team. You'll partner with VP- and GM-level leadership across Finance, Product Marketing, Product, and GTM to shape strategic direction, align cross-functional investment priorities, and drive executive-level decision-making. Your work will directly influence Adobe's growth strategy and help craft the future of creativity in the B2B space. You'll bring deep financial experience and strong cross-functional partnership to a business that spans multiple go-to-market channels (Enterprise, Field Sales, etc.), and monetization models. If you're motivated by tackling complex financial challenges, driving scalable processes, and influencing executive-level decision-making, this is the opportunity to make an outsized impact. This role leads a high-impact team of 8, including two Senior Managers, and oversees financial strategy for Adobe's Creative Cloud across product finance, go-to-market alignment, and business model innovation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years in FP&A or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity, including managing senior managers or cross-functional finance teams.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, economics, or a related field; MBA or comparable advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale planning and transformation initiatives that align cross-functional partners around shared strategic objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex problems and frame effective solutions.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and business partnering skills.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead and inspire teams, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, automation, and reporting at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g. SQL), data visualization (e.g. PowerBI or Tableau) and financial reporting systems is highly preferred.
  • Self-starter with an inquisitive mind, eager to challenge the status quo and provide recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the long-term financial strategy for Creative Cloud B2B - translating Adobe's vision into actionable business models, investment frameworks, and scalable operating plans.
  • Lead end-to-end financial reporting and analytics efforts, including ARR and critical usage metrics, by developing scalable processes that drive timely insights, automation, and performance visibility across the business.
  • Provide recommendations on pricing and packaging by working closely with business model strategy and go-to-market teams, ensuring world-class product positioning.
  • Collaborate across the product and sales ecosystem to align financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing financial insights that drive decision-making.
  • Influence cross-functional peers (Directors, Sr. Directors, VPs) to align strategy, targets, and priorities.
  • Champion critical initiatives that scale financial planning capabilities, reporting tools, and business accountability across organizations.
  • Guide, support, and develop your team, promoting teamwork and high performance.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $148,500 -- $295,900 annually based on location and experience.
  • Potential for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
  • Outstanding Check-In approach for employee growth.
  • Recognition as a top company on Best Companies lists.
