About The Position

Baptist Health is looking for a Director, Foundation to join their team in New Albany, Indiana. As Director of Philanthropy for Baptist Health Foundation, this role leads major gift fundraising for Baptist Health Floyd, with the opportunity to expand reach and impact across Southern Indiana and East Kentucky. The Director develops and executes strategies for major and planned giving, and donor engagement to support institutional priorities. This includes building strong relationships with donors, Board members, community partners, and clinical leaders to inspire transformational giving that advances patient care, innovation, and community health.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 years' experience in fundraising or related field.
• 3 years’ experience in management of development programs preferred.
• Experience running successful capital campaigns preferred.
• Preferred experience in healthcare setting.
• Sales experience is an acceptable alternative to fundraising experience.
