About The Position

Join our 'DevOps for Content' revolution as we partner with global brands and agencies to transform their end-to-end creative workflows - from ideation to activation - to deliver AI-powered content services with speed, scale, and governance. We are developing new applications and platforms to unlock the GenAI-powered Content Supply Chain. As Dir, Forward Deployed AI Engineering, you'll build and inspire a high-velocity team of AI native engineers to deliver enterprise-grade, generative AI customer solutions that drive measurable creative and marketing business impact. You'll play a critical role in developing repeatable and scalable methods for rapid prototyping and implementation, removing barriers to success, and resolving customer challenges quickly. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills, mastery of GenAI innovations, and customer-centricity to drive rapid adoption and value realization for our most strategic customers. You'll serve as the ultimate Product and Engineering advocate, feeding back customer-proven use cases and solutions. Requirements

• 15+ years in professional services or consulting in product/software company, with 5+ years in team leadership roles.
• Experience with martech and AI software vendors is strongly preferred.
• Understanding and experience with Adobe Firefly, Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Creative Cloud, GenStudio for Performance Marketing, Custom Models, third-party AI models, and Cloud platform technologies.
• Adept at translating customers' business and technical requirements into solutions and effectively positioning solution value.
• Exceptional communicator who simplifies complex AI concepts for C-suite customers and influences strategic decisions.
• Skilled in recruiting diverse, AI native architects; passionate about mentorship, career growth, and fostering cross team collaboration.
• Ability to assess solution performance and continuously improve impact.
• Experience driving feedback loops, shaping product strategy, and translating customer insights into roadmap enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and empower a high-performing forward deployed engineering team.
• Act as executive sponsor on strategic accounts to ensure flawless delivery, customer enablement, and deliver clear business value.
• Define modular patterns, reusable frameworks, and architecture playbooks that drive consistency, scalability, and speed across all engagements.
• Define and refine scalable prototyping methods and CI/CD patterns that accelerate time-to-value for GenAI content supply chain and creative automation use cases.
• Streamline feedback intake-turning frontline customer insights into actionable product, marketing, and research priorities.
• Stay current on advancements in generative AI, creative tooling, and performance marketing to continuously evolve team capabilities and offerings.
• Guide forward deployed engineers in designing, prototyping, and deploying enterprise-grade GenAI applications.
• Partner with Adobe Product, Engineering, and Research to influence roadmaps, co-develop integrations, productize high-value customer solutions, and deploy new features.
• Foster a high-performance, customer obsessed culture-mentoring your team with positivity, accountability, and growth paths.
• Share standard methodologies, lead internal workshops, and catalyze generative AI adoption across Adobe's presales, post sales, and customer success teams.

• Compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets.
• U.S. pay range for this position is $205,600 -- $394,400 annually.
• Short-term incentives in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
• Certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
