To provide comprehensive oversight and leadership for all facets of the Advancement of Aspiring Educators, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives designed to enhance recruitment, retention and completion efforts. This role involves creating, managing, and distributing targeted marketing and promotional materials, as well as coordinating various outreach activities and programs that support and engage Aspiring Educators throughout their educational journey. This 12-month tenure-track position requires the candidate to exhibit outstanding skills in teaching, service, and research. Additionally, this role involves coordinating collaborative efforts with internal and external stakeholders, organizing outreach events, and implementing innovative approaches to foster a supportive and inclusive environment conducive to the success and advancement of Aspiring Educators throughout their matriculation.
