This Director of Food Resources is responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of product procurement at the Vermont Foodbank. The Director ensures a steady flow of food through donations, direct purchase, and grants to the Foodbank from local, regional, and national entities by developing and cultivating relationships, including but not limited to retailers, processors, manufacturers, producers, State & Local government, and foundations. The position is responsible for overseeing the Foodbank’s Fresh Rescue program and the scheduling and management of product deliveries organization wide.
