The Director of Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for ensuring overall effective operations of the food and beverage department, including adherence to all health regulations and liquor laws. This position has operational leadership of F&B outlet: Harvest, our onsite restaurant and bar, which includes restaurant and catering operations. Uses strategic leadership skills to drive revenue, maximize profit, and ensure quality. Accountable for management of assigned managers and staff to ensure achievement of overall financial results, guest satisfaction, and positive team member relations.
