Apply now! YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You drive fleet performance by meeting or exceeding goals for out-of-service percentage, infleet and defleet processing times, and repair and maintenance costs. You lead and develop high-performing teams by managing Repair Managers and their teams across regional locations, coaching for results, and building a strong leadership pipeline. You oversee all fleet operations by directing infleet acceptance, defleet processing, and repair and maintenance activities to ensure vehicles are maintained within established standards, timeframes, and cost targets. You execute operational excellence by holding branch and repair locations to SIXT repair guidelines, challenging delayed or escalated repairs, and ensuring teams operate with SMART action plans. You drive sound financial decisions by evaluating accident repair cases and making timely repair-or-rent decisions that protect the region's bottom line. You ensure cross-functional collaboration by fostering effective communication between fleet teams, branch operations, and headquarters departments, and by providing reports and presentations as required.
