About The Position
Flagship Pioneering is seeking a high-performing, intellectually curious Associate Director to join our Financing Services team. This role is critical to shaping and executing financing strategies across a portfolio of pioneering biotech ventures. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in equity capital markets—particularly in the life sciences sector—and a proven track record of executing IPOs, follow-ons, SPACs, and private placements. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with direct exposure to venture creation, executive teams, and the institutional investor community.
