About The Position
As a Director, Financial Risk and Non-Financial Risk Management Technology you will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and direction in developing Northern Trust's Financial Risk and Non-Financial Risk Management Technology capabilities and platforms. The role involves working closely with all levels of business and technology partners in Second Line Risk, First Line Business Units, Other Corporate Functions and Technology Organization to enhance and transform risk management capabilities, with key risk and regulatory programs including Basel IV, FRTB, Risk & Controls Transformation with ServiceNow IRM and other GRC toolsets. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment of technology strategy with business strategy, ongoing product development, teams performance management and senior stakeholder management.
