About The Position
The Director - Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes across the organization. This role will report to the Chief Financial Officer. This position involves leading a team of finance professionals and working closely with senior leadership to monitor, evaluate, and provide actionable insights into Appcast's financial performance. This role encompasses the development and implementation of financial models, forecasting, and reporting processes, driving strategic business decisions, and continuously improving financial operations.
