Director, Financial Planning & Analysis
About The Position
Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to join us in a full-time capacity. Location Requirement: This work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring three (3) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week. Role Overview: This role leads the Finance team and has general responsibility for the team’s outputs related to Revenue and Direct Costs: monthly management reporting and the annual budget and intra-year forecasts. Key partners for this role include the Sales, Accounting, Procurement & Capital Projects, and Data Management teams, as well as all departmental leaders.
Requirements
- A minimum of 9 years performing sophisticated financial analysis in corporate or professional services setting
- Experience providing leadership and direction related to financial analysis and planning
- Experience providing financial, economic, and business analysis to company leadership
- Experience leading teams
- Familiarity and aptitude in working with financial and accounting software and related database querying tools
- Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
- Significant experience and knowledge of financial modeling best practices in Excel
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Nice To Haves
- CPA, CFA or MBA, preferred
- Experience/understanding of telecommunications industry preferred.
