About The Position

We are seeking a visionary and analytical Director Finance to join our leadership team in Milpitas, United States. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, driving strategic financial planning, and ensuring the long-term financial health of our organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or Master's degree in Finance preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry or comparable organization size
• Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong expertise in strategic financial management and corporate governance
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
• Experience with risk management and internal controls
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing high-performing teams
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
• Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and ability to maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across all cost centers in the Consumer Business Unit.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and maintain strong internal controls
• Identify and mitigate financial risks while optimizing financial performance
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial management
