About The Position
Director, Finance – U.S Retail is the key finance business partner to the GM and Vice President of the Moen Business-to-Consumer vertical who will manage and lead all commercial related activities with a focus on driving operational excellence and above market growth. This role will also play a pivotal role supporting the product development and channel marketing efforts, and will be a key contact for the FP&A team into the business units, reporting to the Vice President, Finance - Water. Position location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Effective mid-2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness and recreation.
