About The Position

The Director Finance Transformation & Continuous Improvement is responsible for assisting Chief Tax Officer/VP (CTO) with launching, driving and maintaining Quest’s Lean Six Sigma projects across the entire finance organization. The Director reports to the Chief Tax Officer/Finance Continuous Improvement Leader and may be based as a hybrid worker (min 3 days/week) at any Quest U.S. office location.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in finance transformation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

  • Experience in a leadership role within finance.
  • Familiarity with performance bonus compensation structures.
