About The Position

DP World is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director, Finance - Project Management to lead the Americas Region Finance Team’s involvement in the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation within the Contract Logistics business. This senior-level role will act as the primary liaison between finance stakeholders across USA, Mexico, Canada, and Brazil, and the global Oracle implementation teams. As the regional finance lead for the project, you will ensure that the Oracle Fusion Finance modules are implemented in alignment with business requirements, compliance standards, and operational efficiency goals. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive transformation and standardization across a rapidly evolving logistics business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline required
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
  • Proven experience leading large-scale ERP implementations, preferably Oracle Fusion or Oracle Cloud Finance
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance modules, including but not limited to: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting
  • Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage complex regional priorities and teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong asset
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multi-country, cross-cultural environments

Nice To Haves

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent qualification a plus
  • CPA or equivalent accounting certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary project leader for Oracle Fusion finance module(s)’ implementation representing the Americas Region Finance team
  • Act as a bridge between global project teams and local finance stakeholders, ensuring regional requirements are accurately captured and delivered
  • Lead end-to-end project management activities including planning, execution, tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, Operations, and external consultants to align project milestones and deliverables
  • Monitor project scope, budget, and timeline to ensure successful and timely implementation
  • Facilitate regional change management, training, and knowledge transfer activities to ensure smooth adoption of Oracle Fusion modules
  • Provide ongoing updates, risk assessments, and reports to senior leadership and steering committees
  • Maintain a strong focus on internal controls, compliance, and financial reporting requirements throughout the implementation process
