The Director Field Sales for RiskRecon at Mastercard is a strategic sales leadership role focused on driving new business growth in North America and Europe.   • Hunt for new business opportunities in large enterprise accounts.
  • Initiate and manage sales strategy and territory plan for penetrating and closing new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain senior relationships across targeted organizations.
  • Develop, initiate, and execute a sales plan for target accounts.
  • Provide weekly opportunity status updates and accurate forecasts to management, capturing relevant information in Salesforce.
  • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Channel partners and the RiskRecon Alliances team to drive pipeline growth and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Enterprise software sales experience focused on new customer acquisition and pipeline growth.
  • Track record of success managing enterprise accounts and closing significant transactions with over $1M ACV annual revenue.
  • Previous success in an early-stage company growing the territory and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong organization skills and effective oral and written communication abilities.
  • Self-starter capable of working effectively with a distributed team.
  • SaaS experience is a plus.
