The position is responsible for overseeing fulfillment operations across various system locations, ensuring consistent and standardized practices that align with regional and company initiatives. The role involves providing leadership to field operations, managing contract labor performance, and implementing quality improvements to enhance service delivery for both residential and commercial customers.

  • Support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop an effective front line leadership team and assist them in developing their direct reports to drive a high-performance culture.
  • Lead a collaborative work team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage contract labor performance and implement consistent scope of work requirements.
  • Implement company-wide initiatives and direct KMA field operations including Fulfillment and Service, Fault Rate reduction, Plant Security, and TQA.
  • Track quality improvements across KMA as measured by company-wide metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, FCC standards, and franchise requirements.
  • Provide data for budgeting and manage the functional budget.
  • Maintain good relations with local utilities, vendors, contractors, and government agencies.
  • Translate corporate and field priorities into short-term objectives and enforce policies and procedures.
  • Lead succession planning and oversee staff development and performance reviews.
  • Interface with Dispatch and Workforce Management teams to improve service delivery.
  • Consult with senior management on technical aspects and implement new technologies.
  • Oversee FCC regulation testing and ensure compliance.
  • Direct installation and system maintenance projects.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks.
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure.
  • Ability to supervise and motivate others.
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and software applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
  • Knowledge of FCC compliance reports and regulations.
  • Understanding of local and state rules and regulations.
  • Understanding of OSHA rules and regulations, both federal and state.
  • Knowledge of company products and services.
  • Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of technical experience.
  • 5 years of project management experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of HFC and IP Networks.
  • Relevant industry and vendor-specific certifications and training.
  • 5+ years of technical management experience.
