The Field & Regional Marketing team drives market penetration, ecosystem engagement, and pipeline generation across key U.S. and EMEA regions. The team works cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, brand, and demand generation to execute high-impact programs tailored to regional needs, industry dynamics, and strategic accounts. In this role, you will lead and scale regional field marketing teams across the U.S. and EMEA, ensuring programs directly support revenue and growth goals. You will design integrated regional strategies that blend ABM, field events, partner marketing, and executive engagement initiatives. Day-to-day, you will guide regional execution, collaborate closely with sales and cross-functional partners, and develop programs that deepen relationships with enterprise buyers, AI ecosystem leaders, and strategic accounts. You will measure program effectiveness, manage budgets, and continuously refine programs to maximize pipeline impact.
