About The Position
Coldwell Banker Realty is seeking a strategic, innovative and results-driven Field Marketing Director to lead a team and the marketing efforts across some of our most dynamic regions. This role supports key markets including Arizona, Austin, Chicago, Colorado, Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston, Minnesota, Ohio, Pittsburgh, St. Louis and Utah. You will partner closely with two Regional Presidents and collaborate directly with agents, managers and field marketing specialists to drive Coldwell Banker Realty’s value proposition through bold and localized execution. You will be on the ground where it matters, building relationships, driving strategy, and fueling business growth. In this position, you will lead a team and have a direct hand in shaping recruiting and retention strategies, launching innovative marketing campaigns, and leading field support that delivers meaningful business impact. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, brings strong communication and leadership skills, and is energized by both one-on-one coaching and large group initiatives.
