About The Position

Lead and oversee the styling for all E-commerce Product Detail Page (PDP) imagery on calvinklein.com, as well as for all wholesale and third-party vendor platforms. Ensure Calvin Klein e-commerce leads with best in class PDP imagery and styling reflects seasonal trends while maintaining core brand styling codes at all times. Supervise the workflow and roles of the E-commerce Fashion Office team, including Fashion Office E-commerce Manager, and Fashion Office E-commerce Coordinators. Ensure alignment with seasonal styling direction, maintaining consistency in brand image and aesthetic across all product categories. Collaborate closely with Production and Operations teams to ensure adherence to the seasonal deliverables calendar. Manage the styling and shoot calendar in partnership with Production, factoring in product timelines and talent availability. Lead talent selection and scheduling in collaboration with the Casting Department for all categories across calvinklein.com and wholesale/marketplace shoots. Oversee hair and makeup direction for talent, working closely with the Creative team to ensure alignment for all e-commerce shoots. Select, manage, and approve work for all freelance stylists, ensuring high-quality work and maintaining brand consistency. Collaborate with the Creative team to support retouching needs, reviewing selects from a Fashion Office perspective. Serve as a key liaison between product teams and marketing, ensuring a consistent fashion voice across all e-commerce touchpoints. Lead the implementation of new processes and strategies to enhance productivity and support increased workload in the PDP studio. Stay informed on the latest fashion industry trends and developments. Responsible for the styling across multiple sets daily, ensuring consistent quality and attention to detail across all shoots. Participate in all departmental e-commerce meetings and manage seasonal conversations regarding growth and adoption of new process for the department such as 'shop the look' functionality and video. Manage hiring and training for the Fashion Office E-commerce team. Lead any special projects for e-commerce from a fashion perspective including brand collaborations, capsule collections, and seasonal assortment for Calvin Klein Collection. Maintain awareness of all brand marketing shoots so as to maintain consistency in styling across brand touchpoints from campaign to PDP. Support Fashion Office team on additional marketing shoots as needed and where scheduling requires.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fashion styling, particularly in e-commerce.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of fashion trends and styling techniques.
