Key Responsibilities: To plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Environmental Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our community, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure our community is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner. Requirements

Experience in healthcare facilities or maintenance preferred
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems
