About The Position
SUMMARY Administers and directs all plant engineering, maintenance and facility related support activities in an efficient and reliable fashion with regard to operation and maintenance of buildings, grounds, utilities and their distribution systems, energy conservation and renovation and expansion projects. Coordinates facility upgrades, renovations and maintenance in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. Administers all services with full regard for a safe and comfortable environment. Departments consist of: Engineering, Maintenance, Grounds, and Switchboard. STATUS: Full-Time LOCATION: UMMC North Street Campus DEPARTMENT: Facilities SCHEDULE: 7:00am-3:30pm EDUCATION: LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met. PAY RANGE: $85,000.00 - $140,000.00 CITY: Batavia POSTAL CODE: 14020 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
