The Director provides direct oversight and analysis of facilities maintenance/property management for building operations of dialysis centers in two (2) assigned geographic areas (Palmers.) This position is accountable for center improvements, repairs, and maintenance of about 500-700 locations with an approximate annual budget of $40M. This position directs capital and operational expense projects which include interior and exterior construction renovations, smaller refresh projects, and repairs, among others to enable clinical operations. A key component of this position is cross functional collaboration with all (Real Estate (Genesis)) lanes and other departments to enable informed decisions about the portfolio. The Director oversees approximately 50 outsourced individuals and could oversee (1) direct report. Director champions role consistency among peers and solutions creatively while expected to adhere to Program and departmental standards and corporate compliance policies in support of DaVita’s facility management program.
