About The Position

As a Director of Facilities Management at Colliers, you will oversee all aspects of facility management, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability of systems while adhering to company and client policies. This role emphasizes strong client relationships, effective negotiation of vendor contracts, and management of operational tasks to maintain first-class operations.

Requirements

  • Five (5) or more years' experience managing integrated facility management operations within a medical/Bio/Pharma platform.
  • Strong understanding of financial reports, including variance of actual vs. budget numbers.
  • Working knowledge of building systems and infrastructure.
  • BS/BA degree from an accredited university or college.
  • RPA, CPM or CFM designation preferred.
  • Demonstrated operational success in managing maintenance operations and vendor services.
  • Proven financial and accounting knowledge and abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and allocate resources in a dynamic environment.
  • Superior organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills with a strong attention to customer service.
