About The Position
The Regional Director Facilities Management and Development (FMD) is responsible for the management of the bidding, design, permitting, construction, budget and schedule for most capital (facility) improvement projects within the assigned market/region and in compliance with Sharp HealthCare Policy #10107, Management of Capital Improvement Projects. This includes oversight and leadership of FMD construction and engineering team members within the assigned market/region. Participates in establishing and supporting the organization's strategic objectives. Provides functional expertise, financial management, and directs standards of practice/process improvement initiatives.
