About The Position

The Director of Facilities Engineering is responsible for the planning, organization, staffing, control, and management of the Facilities Engineering Department. This role involves establishing, updating, and monitoring a program that ensures the provision of maintenance and repair, as well as equipment evaluation of Hospital and Bio-Medical Electronics within the Hospital. The Director acts as a staff advisor on all matters related to engineering services within the Hospital.

Requirements

• An associate degree in mechanical engineering is required.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is preferred.
• Three years management experience is required.
• Five years of experience in the healthcare field is required.
• Experience in engineering - mechanical engineering, HVAC, ER power, electrical systems, and finance/budgetary process are required.
