Job Purpose and Impact The Fabrication Operations Manager will provide strategic operational oversight for fabrication, grind and shipping areas for Fort Morgan Beef facility. In this role, you will oversee and hold these areas accountable to standards for safety, quality, operational, continues improvement, effectiveness and financial performance. You will be responsible for the execution of operational strategies and tactics to achieve business visions and goals.
