About The Position

As the Director of EY Assist EAP Clinical Team, you will oversee the development and management of employee assistance and daily life resource services for EY partners, staff, and their families. This role focuses on enhancing well-being, job performance, and work/life balance through various services, including crisis intervention, clinical assessments, and case management. You will also be responsible for marketing the EY Assist program, conducting relevant research, and delivering public speaking engagements on workplace mental health best practices.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree (MA, MSW, Ph.D.) in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field with relevant mental health experience.
  • Minimum of 12+ years related experience in EAP and clinical roles.
  • State licensure in a mental health discipline (e.g., LPC, LCSW).
  • Extensive clinical knowledge and experience in behavioral health.
  • Ability to respond decisively to emergency situations and provide guidance remotely.
  • Expertise in at least one specialty area of behavioral health practice.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Experience working as an EAP professional is preferred.
  • Technological skills in Microsoft suite and data analysis knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Selects and manages EY Assist vendors for EAP and daily life resource services.
  • Ensures compliance of services with legal regulations and firm goals.
  • Stays updated on research and best practices related to EY Assist service areas.
  • Possesses specialized knowledge of work/life and EAP policies and practices.
  • Markets EY Assist services internally to achieve favorable utilization levels.
  • Collaborates with other departments on firm-wide initiatives.
  • Delivers clinical assessment, referral, and follow-up services to improve job and personal adjustments.
  • Serves as a national member of the firm's Crisis Response Team.
  • Collaborates with Benefits Team on behavioral health service design.
  • Manages databases, reports, and trend analyses for planning purposes.
  • Establishes goals for the function and pursues strategic assignments.
  • Makes decisions impacting the entire firm, often negotiating and finalizing decisions.
