About The Position
As the Director of EY Assist EAP Clinical Team, you will be responsible for developing and managing employee assistance and daily life resource services for partners, staff, and their families within the US firm. This role focuses on enhancing well-being, job performance, and work/life balance through various services, including crisis intervention, clinical assessments, and case management. You will also lead marketing efforts for the EY Assist program and utilize analytics to address the evolving mental health needs of the workforce.
