At Insmed, every moment and every patient counts — and so does every person who joins in. As a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming the lives of patients with serious and rare diseases, you’ll be part of a community that prioritizes the human experience, celebrates curiosity, and values every person’s contributions to meaningful progress. That commitment has earned us recognition as Science magazine’s No. 1 Top Employer for five consecutive years, certification as a Great Place to Work® in the U.S., and a place on The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list in the UK. For patients, for each other, and for the future of science, we’re in. Are you? About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Director of Product Communications to lead strategic communications for Insmed’s late-stage respiratory pipeline, including TPIP, as the programs advance toward Phase 3 data readouts and potential regulatory filings and launches. The Director will sit on the Extended Global Program Team(s) and partner closely with Global Program Head(s), clinical development, medical, and commercial teams to design and execute communications strategies and plans, including disease state awareness, market prep, data communications, regulatory milestones and commercialization. The ideal candidate is a seasoned communications professional with deep pharmaceutical experience who can operate strategically and execute flawlessly in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. What You'll Do: This role will be pivotal in shaping the narrative for our pipeline innovations and translating complex science into compelling stories that build understanding and momentum across key stakeholders including healthcare professionals, patients, media, and employees.
