We're planning to open a new showroom in NYC in 2026, and you'll be the driving force behind its launch, reimagining what a Babylist showroom can be and setting a new standard for how we show up in this epicenter of parenting and culture. You'll lead with creativity and strategy, balancing blue-sky thinking with flawless execution. Whether you're crafting immersive brand moments, creating a comprehensive build-out timeline with all the right external partners in place, or collaborating with our Partnerships team to spotlight Brands in new and elevated ways, you'll keep the big picture in focus and the details dialed. This role is made for someone who thrives on autonomy, communicates clearly and confidently, and knows how to turn ambitious ideas into real-world magic. You'll wrangle big ideas from passionate voices and make smart, strategic calls that shape the future of Babylist IRL. This role reports to the VP, Brand and Media.
