We are seeking a highly skilled Director, Executive Compensation & Public Filing to lead the design, analysis, and administration of executive and board compensation programs. This individual contributor role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of executive pay, including incentive programs, proxy disclosures, SEC filings, and Compensation Committee support. Reporting to the CHRO, this position requires deep expertise in executive compensation strategy, governance, and compliance to ensure alignment with business objectives, shareholder interests, and regulatory requirements.
