Summary Strategic leader responsible for the implementation, management, and optimization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Corporate Applications that support the internal operations of the organization. Streamlines processes across functional areas. Leads the team responsible for system configuration, data analysis, user training, ensuring integration with other business and clinical systems. Collaboration and partnership with operations to enhance operational efficiency, improve data accuracy, and supports strategic decision-making within the organization. Leads the team in executing application deployment, maintenance, and optimization activities in support of the organizational needs. Serves as a trusted advisor with clients and peers to leverage technology solutions to achieve strategic initiatives and effectively run the organization. Job Duties Oversees development and support of specialized areas within the group. Leads resolution of departmental and cross-organizational issues to ensure successful utilization and implementation. Develops innovative design alternatives using appropriate applications and technology. Creates efficient project plans and objectives through review of requirements, resources, and estimation. Ensures effective system integration and prepares realistic, cost-effective budgets for optimal resource use. Provides work evaluation, performance improvement recommendations, and collaborates with leaders on action plans. Establishes business partnerships with vendors and fosters teamwork within group dynamics.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications in Information Sciences and Technology or Information Management related fields and 15+ years preferred work experience.
  • 10 years progressive experience in Information Management or Information Technology or a related Healthcare field or 10 years progressive experience supporting and/or managing ERP applications in an enterprise environment and 5 years progressive experience in a leadership role
  • Supporting HCM technology, so applicant must have HCM experience
  • Pays attention to detail and solves complex problems using data analysis.
  • Builds strong relationships and communicates effectively with all levels.
  • Acts independently and makes sound decisions in critical situations.
  • Understands healthcare, technology, and organizational trends.
  • Applies expertise in finance, operations, strategic planning, and project management.
  • Leads and develops teams while constructively challenging ideas.

  • Master’s Degree Information Sciences and Technology or Information Management related fields
  • 15+ years progressive experience in Information Management or Information Technology or a related Healthcare field and 15+ years progressive experience supporting and/or managing ERP applications in an enterprise environment and 7 years progressive experience in a leadership role.
