About The Position
The ACLU is seeking a full-time Director of Equity and Inclusion to lead the implementation of the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) strategy at its National office in New York. This hybrid role requires in-office attendance two days a week and is integral to promoting a cohesive vision across departments to support the ACLU's mission of preserving civil liberties and civil rights. The Director will report to the Chief Equity and Inclusion Officer and play a key leadership role in fostering a culture of belonging within the organization.
