About The Position

Your Role on Our Team: The Director – EPMO leads the definition, prioritization, and execution of large, complex, and highly cross‑functional enterprise initiatives. The EPMO team is responsible for framing up and delivering multi‑phased programs that are critical to enterprise strategy. This role operates primarily ‘on the business,’ independently defining scope, governance, and future‑state outcomes while providing regular executive‑level communication and leadership. The Director is accountable for program outcomes, people leadership, and ensuring sustained integration of change across the organization. You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 8–12 years of progressive experience leading complex, cross‑functional programs
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise‑scale initiatives with executive visibility
  • Strong strategic thinking, systems thinking, and problem‑solving skills
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Proven people leadership experience in a matrixed environment
  • Advanced program and portfolio management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • PMP, PMI, or equivalent certification
  • Experience leading global or enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Experience with ERP or technology‑enabled transformation programs

Responsibilities

  • Provide enterprise leadership for multi‑phased programs consisting of many interdependent workstreams across functions, regions, and technologies.
  • Independently define and structure ambiguous initiatives, including future‑state vision, success metrics, governance, and resourcing models.
  • Serve as the primary executive interface for assigned programs, delivering regular, concise, and outcome‑focused updates to senior leadership.
  • Drive cross‑functional alignment by influencing senior leaders, resolving competing priorities, and navigating organizational complexity.
  • Establish and maintain program governance, escalation paths, and integrated roadmaps across the portfolio.
  • Ensure initiatives remain aligned to enterprise strategy, financial objectives, and organizational priorities.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Program Managers and Project Leaders, strengthening enterprise project leadership capability.
  • Identify portfolio‑level risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints; proactively drive mitigation strategies.
  • Partner with functional, IT, and global leaders to ensure changes are fully integrated and sustained.
