About The Position

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the organization’s factory – Front End, Back End, Probe, TO –
manufacturing processes

Lead the fab operations team to:

• Deliver integrated metrics and deliverables

• Deploy the Oracle plan and utilize the work force effectively to deliver
product per the timing, cost, quality and performance specifications

• Collaborate with process engineering, logistics, and R&M to ensure the
effective and efficient meeting of factory goals

• Select, coach and develop a team to ensure achievement of functional
objectives while maintaining an open, positive environment

• Create a work environment where open communications, positive employee
relations, creativity, productivity and participation are encouraged and
employees are respected, recognized and rewarded

Requirements

• BS Degree or Equivalent combined experience and education
• 10+ years minimum related experience
• At least 10 years’ experience managing a factory workforce preferably in a semiconductor or related field
• Must be familiar with performance management as it applies to a workforce and compressed shift structure and the supervisors and managers necessary for 7 X 24 operations
• Ability to measure shift productivity, create capacity models, perform time studies, optimize equipment utilization, ensure accurate factory performance reporting and do long term capacity planning
• Ability to work in a cross functional team with peers while seeing the overall factory performance as the communal goal is required
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong written communication (proposals, analysis, reports) and verbal communication skills (listening, making presentations)
• Collaborate in a professional and respectful manner with coworkers, vendors, contractors, etc.
