The Enterprise Strategy team is focused on driving cross-division enterprise value building on Delta's unique competitive advantages and strength as a leading customer brand. This role of Director works at the intersection of divisions to identify opportunities, distill the biggest drivers of value ($, NPS, other) and create plans that unlock value. In this position, you will work collaboratively with executive and senior management across divisions to identify, shape, and lead strategic cross-functional customer and operational opportunities. You will create structures to solve ambiguous complex problems when there isn't a clear path. Direct and/or execute quantitative and qualitative analysis to take a position and answer strategic questions, synthesizing insights into actionable plans for the business. You will drive deliverables and timelines, shifting priorities as needed and managing stakeholder relationships and expectations. Clear and concise communication for a senior executive audience, both verbally and through document preparation, is essential. You will support the preparation of materials for Board and other executive meetings in conjunction with other business leaders. Being intellectually curious, responsive, and agile in a fast-paced, highly visible environment is crucial. Additionally, you will lead a high-performing team of 3 to 5 team members.
