About The Position

Datadog is seeking a visionary Director of Sales Engineering to lead a high-performing team focused on driving technical strategy, enterprise growth, and strategic customer engagement within our Named Accounts segment. The Datadog Named Accounts Team is focused on driving new business and expanding the current Datadog footprint with our largest and most strategic clients. This role oversees both Key Accounts (high-profile net-new customers) and Majors (our most strategic and highest-spend customers), playing a critical role in accelerating adoption, revenue growth, and long-term customer success. As a senior leader within the Sales Engineering organization, you will define and execute technical go-to-market strategies, align closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering leadership, and drive impactful customer engagements across multi-cloud, observability, and security domains. This is an opportunity to shape the future of how Datadog's platform is adopted by the world's largest and most complex organizations.
