This role is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, building, and maintaining the suite of metrics that define overall company performance. Working closely with key stakeholders s/he ensures that there is a common narrative of company performance and unified action to drive toward continued improvement. The Director of Enterprise Intelligence is a critical component of Energizer's Data and Analytics strategy. The role reports to the Senior Director of Analytics and leverages core data and analytics products to create a new layer of corporate insights that drive unified action. This person will manage an action-oriented team of analytics, data science, data engineering, and business analyst professionals. This role will combine a deep knowledge of Energizer's business with a passion for creating reporting that is actionable across the organization. This role will enable a common narrative of company performance through an intentional engagement plan with key stakeholders. S/he will be a primary partner to executive leaders to ensure their perspective on business performance is incorporated into how Energizer defines and visualizes company performance. That partnership not only elicits input, it drives change; this role is responsible to ensure that our key decision-makers are aligned to the same metrics and overall standards of performance. The Director of Analytics will also lead a cross-functional team of business analysts, data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers to further standardize and centralize reporting across the organization. S/he will ensure that all reports used to drive key decisions are built on standardized data and integrated into Energizer's centralized reporting application. This cross-functional team will be a critical component to establishing, socializing, and enforcing a common narrative of overall company performance.
