As a part of the Organizational Development & Talent Management leadership team, this high-impact role that will help guide our journey to become an “employer of choice.” This leader will play a critical role in driving transformational initiatives that exhibit our IU Health mission, vision, and values. This role will partner closely with the VP of Organizational Development & Talent Management, as well as executive leaders and key stakeholders, to build a multi-year culture strategy in partnership with key decisions for organizational improvement and build a culture action plan that aligns and supports the mission, vision and values of IU Health. This highly influential leader will lead a new portfolio within the Talent Management function, through strong partnership with leaders across all levels to align cultural transformation strategies with business objectives and performance. The successful candidate brings leadership experience in highly matrixed environments, bringing deep operational expertise and a values-driven mindset.
