The Director, Enterprise Architecture is a senior technology leader within the Walgreens Enterprise Architecture organization. This role is responsible for defining, evolving, and governing enterprise application and infrastructure architecture within assigned domains. The Director partners with business, product, and IT leaders to translate enterprise strategy into actionable architectural roadmaps that enable modernization, scalability, security, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include contributing to the development of Walgreens’ enterprise architecture strategy, leading domain-level architectural direction, and ensuring technology decisions align with enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, and long-term business objectives. The role is crucial in driving transformation initiatives, particularly across global platforms and service delivery and infrastructure, while promoting reuse, simplification, and adoption of common solutions across Walgreens divisions.
